The Adventures of the Greedy Poet

by John and Margaret Fleming

This series of stories has been reproduced from The Tucson Exchanger, a tabloid newsletter we published and distributed between 1978 and 1982. Although the Greedy Poet's advice is disguised as fiction, it is entirely sound. Some of the details have changed, but the real estate principles he espouses have not. It is interesting to note that 25 years ago The Greedy Poet was an innovator of many of the technologies in common use today.
